We’re here to support you

and our greater Salt Lake community to move through this difficult time with ease and grace. Our 45 and 30 min meditation classes are now available in the studio or through Zoom. 

Please consider donating, buying gift cards or punch passes for future use to help us stay open during these uncertain times.

Preparing for Class in-Studio

We ask that you be mindful and please: 

  • Check in to class on our website or the MindBody app before you enter the building.
  • Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so we can check your temperature (your temperature needs to be under 100 degrees to attend class)
  • Bring a cushion, mat or blanket to sit on. The use of our bolsters and blankets is suspended.
  • Sit 6 ft. apart from one another.
  • If you have any COVID-19 symptoms take the precautions set forth by the CDC and avoid coming to the studio until you are symptom-free.

Joining a Digital Class

Joining a class is super easy:

  1. Download the Zoom app to your phone or computer. You can download the app here:  https://zoom.us/download
  2. Sign up for a class (see below) AT LEAST ONE HOUR before class.
  3. Check your email 15-30 min before class for an email from us.
  4. Open that email (don’t forget to check the Junk folder if you don’t see it!) and it will provide the live-streaming link for the class you signed up for. 
  5. Log on and get HIGHLY MEDITATED!

In the first 21 days of 2021, I am going to share my favorite insights and tools that have helped me be a better human and shifted me from living in fear to living with an open heart. My friends call them “Misty-isms”. Each day you will receive an email with a “Misty-ism” and journal prompt, a story, or how to apply the principle. Each day you will be challenged to try on a new way of thinking that will inspire a more joyful life. Together we can do better for ourselves and the people around us.

This four-class series is an introduction to meditation and mindfulness. This is for new meditators or anyone who wants to reconnect to the basics. In this course, we'll discuss the difference between meditation and mindfulness, the hindrances to the practices, the river of emotions that can incur in meditation, and learn the practice of RAIN, a mindfulness tool created by Tara Brach. Offered both in-studio and lifestream.

Sneak Peek- It’s not f*cking fine 21-day challenge to be a better human..... 

Oprah had Michael Singer, the author of The Untethered Soul, on her podcast Super Soul Sunday and they discussed how everyone is seeking freedom. Michael Singer said, “the state of absolute wellbeing is freedom”. I did not even realize I was seeking freedom until it hit me, I felt free, and it was what was missing. I was on a solo road trip, driving out of Yosemite National Park with the window down and my then favorite song, Sunset Lover by Petit Biscuit playing. I was filled with so much joy, connection to the world, and truly free. I did not have to try and fit in, there was nothing I “should” be doing.  Brené Brown says, “True belonging does not require you to change who you are it requires you to be who you are.” I was exactly where and who I was supposed to be, I belonged to that moment and that moment belonged to me.

Maya Angelou said, "You are only free when you realize you belong no place–you belong every place–no place at all. The price is high, the reward is great”
