🌱 Meditation Teacher Training 🌱

ONE month away! 🐛💚🦋 This training will consist of three weekend immersions spread out over six weeks, as well as self-study and self-practice.

The journey promises a solid foundation in both meditation and mindfulness practice, along with the tools to incorporate it effectively into your teaching with confidence. You will practice and learn how to teach a wide variety of different guided meditation techniques, including witnessing the mind, loving-kindness, and observing the breath.

This is the ultimate transformation- to give to yourself generously so that you may give to others.
