Certified 100 hr Teacher Training 

A mindful life is a fulfilling life. This comprehensive 100-hour training will prepare you to share the gift of meditation and dramatically deepen your personal practice. 


You grow what you practice

The training will consist of three weekend immersions spread out over eight weeks, as well as self-study and self-practice.

The journey promises a solid foundation in both meditation and mindfulness practice, along with the tools to incorporate it effectively into your teaching with confidence. You will practice and learn how to teach a wide variety of different guided meditation techniques, including witnessing the mind, loving-kindness, and observing the breath.

This is the ultimate transformation- to give to yourself generously so that you may give to others.

Intro to Meditation and Mindfulness 

This four-class series is an introduction to meditation and mindfulness. This is for new meditators or anyone who wants to reconnect to the basics. In this course, we'll discuss the difference between meditation and mindfulness, the hindrances to the practices, the river of emotions that can incur in meditation, and learn the practice of RAIN, a mindfulness tool created by Tara Brach.

Sneak Peek- It’s not f*cking fine 21-day challenge to be a better human..... 

Oprah had Michael Singer, the author of The Untethered Soul, on her podcast Super Soul Sunday and they discussed how everyone is seeking freedom. Michael Singer said, “the state of absolute wellbeing is freedom”. I did not even realize I was seeking freedom until it hit me, I felt free, and it was what was missing. I was on a solo road trip, driving out of Yosemite National Park with the window down and my then favorite song, Sunset Lover by Petit Biscuit playing. I was filled with so much joy, connection to the world, and truly free. I did not have to try and fit in, there was nothing I “should” be doing.  Brené Brown says, “True belonging does not require you to change who you are it requires you to be who you are.” I was exactly where and who I was supposed to be, I belonged to that moment and that moment belonged to me.

Maya Angelou said, "You are only free when you realize you belong no place–you belong every place–no place at all. The price is high, the reward is great”
